Welcome to Save2Notion. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and fo shan ai di ke ji you xian gong si, doing business as Save2Notion ("Save2Notion", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the save2notion.app website and service.

2. Description of Service

Save2Notion is a SaaS automation tool that allows users to save content from X (formerly Twitter) directly to their connected Notion databases via public mentions or Direct Messages (DMs).

3. Third-Party Integrations

Our service relies heavily on the APIs of third-party platforms, specifically X Corp. (Twitter) and Notion Labs, Inc.

  • We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X or Notion.
  • By using our service, you must also comply with the Terms of Service of X and Notion.
  • API Dependency: We do not guarantee the continuous availability of third-party APIs. If X or Notion changes their API policies, pricing, or access rules in a way that breaks our service, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service without liability.

4. User Accounts and Registration

  • To use our service, you must register and log in using a valid Google or X (Twitter) account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Free Tier: Free users are strictly limited to 1 save per hour using the public mention feature. Abuse of this limit, creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, or using automated scripts to trigger saves will result in an immediate permanent ban.
  • Pro Tier: Paid users unlock Direct Message (DM) saving and unlimited saves, subject to fair use and X's API rate limits.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

  • Paid features are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) via our payment processor (e.g., Paddle).
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with Save2Notion for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. There are no exceptions or special qualifiers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use our service to spam other users on X.
  • Save illegal, highly sensitive, or universally prohibited content that violates X's or Notion's policies.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our software or disrupt our servers.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL Save2Notion BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR API DISRUPTIONS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if our API access is revoked by third-party platforms.
