Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding payments.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a clean, unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions.

If you are not completely satisfied with Save2Notion for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. There are no exceptions or special qualifiers.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, you can:

• Or contact Paddle’s buyer support directly via your purchase receipt email.

Please note that refund requests made after the 14-day window has passed will not be accepted. This 14-day policy applies to your initial subscription purchase.

4. Subscription Cancellations

In addition to our refund policy, you can cancel your Save2Notion Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
